Rental Costs

General Information:

The church is wheelchair accessible and is a smoke-free environment.

No rental allowed for the Great Hall on Saturday night, if the chairs need to be moved.
No rentals allowed after 10 p.m.

Costs:

$150 (Up to 3 hrs)

$50 each additional hour

Grace Room $100

$120 (up to 3 hrs.)

$40 each additional hour

Faith Room $50

$90 (up to 3 hrs.)

$30 each additional hour

Shalom Room & Nursery $50

$60 (up to 3 hrs.)

$20 each additional hour

  • There will be a $30 charge on all returned checks.

Deposit:

Only one deposit is required per rental even when multiple rooms are being used. Deposit is refundable up to 24 hours prior to rental event.

Deposit cannot be used toward rental fee.  Full payment of rental fees is required prior to the time of the rental event.  Deposit will be returned after church has been checked for damages.

Food:

The church has to kitchens available — One immediately off the Grace Room on the north end of the building and another just off the main lobby near the Great Hall on the South end of the building.

An extra charge of $50 will be added if food is served which includes use of the kitchen.

Tables are available for $2 each

Set-up and Clean-up:

The Rental group is responsible for all clean up.  No table set-up or chair arrangement is provided.  Rooms must be returned to original state.

The person or group for whom a reservation is made is responsible for all compliance with all local, state, and federal ordinances, statues, or laws, and any damages occurring in connection with the use of the building.

The building may not be used for purposes other than for which it was reserved.
